Account Registration, Security & Account Policy
- Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
- Opening an account with false information is a breach of the platform's terms of use and may result in immediate account termination.
- 409 may request relevant documents at any time for identity verification purposes.
- You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 409 support immediately.
- You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
- Enabling two-factor authentication is strongly recommended.
Under any of the following circumstances, 409 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice:
- Any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity is found.
- Where money laundering or illegal transactions are suspected.
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools on the platform.
- The user requests account closure themselves.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
While using the 409 platform, you are required to comply with the following:
- Do not attempt to disrupt any functionality of the platform, including through hacking, DDoS attacks, or distributing viruses.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Do not use any software, technique, or method to manipulate gaming mechanics.
- Do not harass, intimidate, or abuse other users on the platform.
- Do not operate an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.
- Use 409 in compliance with the laws applicable in your country.
Violations of the above rules may result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action.
Payment, Transaction & Financial Terms
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
All financial transactions on 409 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits are accepted via approved mobile banking services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Each payment method has its own minimum and maximum transaction limits.
Identity verification is mandatory for withdrawals. Required KYC documents must be submitted before your first withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Specific terms apply separately to bonuses and promotional offers. All applicable wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be used. Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable until the specified conditions have been fulfilled. 409 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
409 is not liable for any financial losses arising from technical errors, server outages, or third-party service failures. 409's liability for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from use of the platform is also limited.

Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute between 409 and a user will first be subject to resolution through mutual negotiation. If no resolution is reached through negotiation, the dispute shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
